When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped every Monday or Tuesday.
How long will my order take to arrive?
US order take about 1 week to arrive. International orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Packages can take longer depending on postal circumstances
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations after 24 hours are not accepted. If you have an emergency and need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
My order came damaged/incorrect/never arrived, can I get a refund/replacement?
I pack my orders as securely as possible. If a package is returned to me, I will refund your order minus shipping. Otherwise, I will generally not give refunds/replacements. Damaged or lost packages that occur during shipping are unfortunately out of my hands. I'd be happy to fix an incorrect order if the items are still in stock - just send me an email with your order number and pictures!
Can I get a refund for personal reasons?
